Overview

FuelMarble accepts returns only on items that arrive damaged or broken. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on correctly functioning products. All return requests are subject to review and approval by FuelMarble.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Have arrived damaged or broken (not due to installation error or misuse)
  • Be reported within 30 days of receipt

Please include your order number and a clear description (with photos if possible) of the damage. FuelMarble reserves the right to approve or refuse any return request.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as FuelMarble cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are in working condition, or that have been installed and used, are not eligible for return. FuelMarble is a permanent device — once placed in the coolant reservoir, it cannot be resold as new.
