Business buyers: If you are purchasing in the course of a trade or business, these return terms form part of FuelMarble's full B2B Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please also read the Terms & Conditions of Sale (UK). Consumer protection legislation (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) does not apply to B2B purchases.
Overview
FuelMarble offers a 30-day performance guarantee. If you have followed the installation instructions correctly, driven a minimum of 200 km after installation, and do not experience any improvement in fuel efficiency, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
We also accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective. All returns require prior written Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from FuelMarble before any item is dispatched back to us. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
1. 30-Day Performance Guarantee
If FuelMarble does not deliver a noticeable improvement in fuel efficiency after correct installation and a minimum of 200 km of driving, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.
To qualify:
- •FuelMarble must have been installed in the coolant reservoir only — not the fuel tank, oil reservoir, or any other location
- •A minimum of 200 km must have been driven after installation
- •The request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
- •Prior written RMA authorisation must be obtained before returning the unit
- •The unit must be returned to us (return shipping at customer cost)
This guarantee applies to the performance of the product only. It does not extend to vehicle repairs, manufacturer warranty decisions, or any third-party costs.
Note for business buyers: no statutory right of cancellation applies to B2B purchases. The 30-day performance guarantee is the sole remedy where no benefit is observed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your FuelMarble arrives damaged or broken, contact us with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where our liability is accepted.
Notification window:
- •Consumer buyers: notify us within 30 days of receipt
- •Business buyers: written notice with photographic or other reasonable evidence must be given within 5 business days of receipt
All returns require prior written RMA authorisation. Email info@fuelmarble.com to request an RMA reference before dispatching any item.
For business buyers, at our sole discretion, our remedy may be repair, replacement, or a credit/refund of the Purchase Price. This is our entire liability for defective products on delivery.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
Step 1 — Request RMA first. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference before sending any item. We will not accept items returned without prior authorisation.
Please include in your request:
- •Your order number
- •Your reason for return
- •Photos if the item arrived damaged or you are claiming a defect
- •Vehicle make, model, year, and odometer reading (for performance guarantee claims)
We will respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping
For performance guarantee returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked, insured service. FuelMarble cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
For damaged or defective items where our liability is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Vehicle Warranty — Important Notice
FuelMarble is a solid glass-encased mineral device placed in the coolant reservoir. It does not dissolve, does not release chemicals, and does not modify any engine component. Independent testing at Kurume Institute of Technology confirmed no adverse effects on coolant chemistry or engine components.
Under the Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Order 2023 (MV-BEO 2023), a vehicle manufacturer cannot void your warranty solely on the grounds that an aftermarket accessory has been fitted — they must demonstrate a direct causal link to the relevant fault. MICCHO LTD will provide reasonable written assistance to buyers seeking to demonstrate compliance with the MV-BEO 2023 where this is within our knowledge.
However, MICCHO LTD cannot guarantee the response of any specific vehicle manufacturer or dealer. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, country, and vehicle age. You are responsible for verifying that installation is consistent with your vehicle's warranty terms before installing.
MICCHO LTD's liability for any warranty-related claim is limited to the purchase price of the FuelMarble unit. We accept no liability for manufacturer warranty decisions, repair costs previously covered by a warranty, or any consequential loss arising from a third party's warranty decision.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; (d) breach of the implied term as to title under s.12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; or (e) any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, MICCHO LTD's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of FuelMarble shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the purchase price paid; or (b) £1,000.
MICCHO LTD is not liable for:
- •Indirect or consequential loss of any kind
- •Loss of vehicle manufacturer warranty coverage
- •Engine or vehicle repair costs
- •Loss of use of a vehicle, towing or hire costs
- •Loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, or business interruption
- •Any costs arising from a third party's warranty or insurance decision
8. Installation Responsibility
FuelMarble must be installed in the coolant reservoir only. Installation in any other location (fuel tank, oil reservoir, brake fluid reservoir, power steering reservoir, washer fluid tank) is incorrect and voids this policy. MICCHO LTD accepts no liability for damage resulting from incorrect installation.
9. Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions
MICCHO LTD accepts no liability for engine or coolant system failures resulting from pre-existing faults or wear present before installation. As a condition of any damage claim, the buyer warrants that at the time of installation the vehicle was in sound mechanical working condition with no known fault codes, warning lights, or history of overheating.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
US and Canada return policy versions will be published shortly.
