Why FuelMarble Reduces Emissions

Harmful exhaust emissions are almost entirely a product of incomplete combustion. When fuel does not burn completely, it exits the engine as CO, HC, NOx, and particulate matter — all of which are toxic to humans and damaging to the environment.

FuelMarble addresses this at the root cause. By improving coolant performance and stabilising cylinder head temperatures by 8–12°C, it creates optimal conditions for complete fuel burn on every combustion cycle.

Incomplete Combustion
(C₁H₁O) + O₂ CO + HC + ··· + CO₂ + H₂O

When organic materials (such as oil and gasoline) burn in oxygen-deficient conditions, carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and black smoke are produced.

Perfect Combustion
(C₁H₁O) + O₂ CO₂ + H₂O

When organic matter (e.g., gasoline) is combined with sufficient oxygen, it forms only carbon dioxide and water.
